SLGR

SLGR is an EA affiliated running club based in Dartford, Kent. The club has its roots in the 'So Let's Go Running' free community group which meets at Dartford Cricket Club on Tuesdays at 7pm. The affiliated SLGR club then meets for sessions on Thursday evenings at 7pm at various locations around the area. The club is friendly and open to runners of all abilities, offering a range of training options including mid-distance runs, long runs, and interval/speed work sessions.
