We meet three times a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm, and Sunday mornings at 9 am - at the Penylan Community Centre, providing ample opportunity to get in some miles with like-minded individuals. Our structured sessions cover a range of disciplines, from road running and cross-country to scenic trail routes through the Welsh countryside.
