Brighton and Hove Triathlon The TriBourne Brighton and Hove Triathlon on 31 August 2025 includes 3 Triathlon distances, children's triathlons, plus aquathlon and duathlon options. This event sees participants taking on the fast and flat traffic-free route from Hove Lawns along the famous seafront Promenade. Based from Hove Lawns, the event includes a Standard, Sprint and Super Sprint triathlon. The Standard and Sprint can be entered solo, or in a relay team of 3. Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run): Kids/TriStars (distances based on age) Super Sprint: 300m + 10K + 2.5K Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K - solo/relay Standard: 1500m + 40K + 10K - solo/relay Aquathon Aquathlon (Swim + Run): Sprint: 750m + 5K Standard: 1500m + 10K
