About Five Trails Ultra & 3 Trails Half

Five Trails Ultra & 3 Trails Half The Five Trails Ultra & 3 Trails Half on 8 November 2025 are on stunning routes starting at the foot of the South Downs, West Sussex. Both routes start and finish in the lovely wooded village of Graffham, based from Westerlands. The 50km Ultra Marathon sets off on the Serpent Trail through beautiful woodlands and heath, to join the New Lipchis Way and climb onto the South Downs towards Singleton and the open downland views, then onto the West Sussex Literary Trail and through stunning Beech Woods before some miles on the South Downs Way, then Monarchs Way for a short section before turning for home on a different section of the South Downs Way, then Serpent Trail to the finish line. The Half Marathon is a roughly 13 mile route of flowing Trails and nice wide tracks that starts on the beautiful Serpent Trail through woodland and heath, then turns South on the New Lipchis Way for a few miles to a sharp climb onto the Downs and turns East to run along the South Downs Way before descending to the lovely village of Graffham and following nice countryside tracks back to the finish.
