Gatliff Marathon The Gatliff Marathon on 18 October 2025 is an annual challenge run/walk of 25 or 50km in the Kent and Surrey countryside. The course is mostly on public footpaths and you may have to climb over stiles, cross fields with livestock, and encounter muddy, slippery conditions underfoot. The event is not led and the route will not be marked. Written route instructions, with grid references, will be provided on the day of the event. A torch is essential for all participants doing the 50km. The challenge is to complete the event in under 10 hours, following the route directions and checking in at each of the checkpoints. 25K 50K Self-Navigation
