London Backyard Ultra The London Backyard Ultra starting on 30 August 2025 is a last one standing endurance race based at Frylands Wood, Croyden. Runners complete a 4.16 miles loop every hour, on the hour until there is one person standing. Competitors can run as many loops as they feel comfortable doing, 1,2 all the way up to 24 or more.
