River Thames Half Marathon The River Thames Half Marathon is back on 26 October 2025 in the beautiful Surrey town of Walton-on-Thames. The start and finish are at spectacular Walton Bridge, Surrey. The route follows the River Thames towpath and roads to Hampton Court Bridge.
