Rugged Radnage 5K & 10K The Rugged Radnage on 16 November 2025 is a challenging mixed terrain 5km and 10km race in the Chiltern Hills, around the village of Radnage. The course involves sections on road, trails and footpaths; through woods and fields and includes off-road descents and ascents. Minimum age is 15 years for the 10K, and 13 years for 5K. The 5km course follows one half of the 10km route and is great for those who only wish to encounter one of the hills. There is also a 1 mile run for children under 12 years, taking place straight after the main Rugged Radnage event. This gentler event will take place in the fields at the village hall. The event is raising money for the village school. Off Road/Trail Kids' (U12) 1 mile 5K 10K
