Secret Santa Half Marathon, 10 Mile & 14K The Secret Santa Trail Runs on 6 December 2025 include a Half Marathon, 10 mile and 14km distance in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Starting from Cwmdu Village Hall, Powys, all distances head west towards Bwlch Mountain. The routes will follow the Beacons Way until they split on Mynydd Llangors. The Half Marathon distance follows the trail on Cockit Hill, with views of the lake and the central Beacons in the distance. You will climb back up to regain the mountain trails back towards Cefn Moel, before the last varied miles back to the finish. The 10 mile and 14km both follow the same route up with earlier turn around points depending on the distance. All the distances will be fully marked. Entrants are encouraged to get into the Christmas spirit and dress up. Dogs are very welcome to join in the fun. Mulled wine and a mince pie will be waiting at the finish. This is a cup-free event - bring your own cup/water bottle for refilling at aid stations during the race. Dog Friendly/Canicross
