Shropshire Triathlon The Shropshire Triathlon on 31 August 2025 is based at Ellesmere, Shropshire and includes a Middle, Sprint and Olympic distance with solo and team relay options. The event offers a freshwater lake swim in The Mere, a countryside bike route and a closed to traffic road run course. The Sprint and Olympic distances can be completed as a relay in a team of 2-3 members. All finishers receive a medal. Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run): Sprint: 750m + 25K + 5K - solo/relay Olympic: 1500m + 39K + 10K - solo/relay Middle: 2000m + 78K + 20K Relay
