Staffin Triathlon & 10K Run The Staffin Triathlon & 10K Run on 30 August 2025 are set beneath the dramatic outline of the Trotternish Ridge on the North East coast of the Isle of Skye. The triathlon event includes a Sprint and Super-Sprint distance with the swim leg, an open water swim in the sheltered Staffin Bay; the bike leg is an out and back road cycle; the run leg is on road and pavement. The stand alone 10km run starts and finishes at the Staffin Community Hall. Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run): Kids' (8-10 yrs): 100m+ 1.5K + 600m Kids' (11-14 yrs): 300m+ 5.1K + 1.8K Super Sprint / Novice: 300m + 10.5K + 2.5K Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K Road/Path/Park 10K Run
