Sussex Downs Trail Run The Sussex Downs Trail Run on 6 December 2025 is set in The South Downs National Park in Mid-Sussex. Starting from Plumpton Racecourse, the 22km route includes picturesque and unspoilt views, fast and long-ranging trails and a challenging climb - something for everyone. As well as the 22km there is also a 12km and 9km distance for those wanting a shorter route.
