The Pumpkin Run The Pumpkin Run in Eight Ash Green, Essex on 28 September 2025 welcomes runners of all abilities and ages to run a 5km, 10km, or family 1km. The course loops around the fields, pumpkin patch, and corn maze. The routes are on traffic free tracks and is mostly flat, ideal for a quick time. The 2025 event also includes a 5km dog-friendly race. Entrants for the race must be aged 11 years or older on race day. There is no age limit for the 1km but runners under 6 years need parental supervision. Family 1K 5K 10K Dog Friendly 5K Kids
