The Treggy 7 The Treggy 7 on 7 September 2025 is a 7 mile circular road race, based from Launceston, Cornwall. Starting from Launceston Town Square, the first mile of the course is mostly down hill heading out of the town and onto undulating rural roads. The route then climbs to the village of Tregadillett with the last 3 miles mainly downhill to a fantastic finish line in the grounds of Launceston Castle. The event is organised by the Launceston Road Runners and is part of the Cornish Grand Prix running series. - (14 September 2025) - (9 August 2025) 7 miles
