We are a friendly, social, club consisting of members of varying ability and ages. If you are a beginner, or an experienced runner looking to improve, why not come along and give us a try, we can offer advice on training at every level from our members who have a wealth of experience from fun runs to marathons. Our main objective is to enjoy ourselves and to pass on our enthusiasm for running to others. We don t have many club rules, but our philosophy is simple - Run and have fun.
