Diss & District AC: A Welcoming Community for Runners of All Levels Nestled in the heart of Norfolk, Diss & District AC is a vibrant, friendly running club that caters to runners of all abilities. Our weekly training sessions, held every Tuesday at 7 pm at the Diss Sports Ground, cover a variety of disciplines, including track, field, cross country, and road running.
