Havering '90 Joggers

Havering '90 Joggers (H90j) is a friendly local running club for adults aged 18 and above. With around 200 members, the club has an equal gender split and caters to runners of all abilities, from beginners to more experienced athletes. In addition to their regular training runs, the club organizes social events like fine dining evenings, BBQs, and a Christmas party. They also offer a 10-week 'Learn to Run' course every few months to help new runners achieve a 5K parkrun distance.
