Ilford AC

Ilford AC is an inclusive and friendly running club founded in 1923, catering for runners and athletes of all standards and abilities across track and field, road, cross country, and racewalking disciplines. The club has a 'Harriers' section suitable for beginners, and offers structured coaching from under 10s to senior and international level. Ilford AC has an established overseas athletes base and a 6-lane all-weather track, as well as a large 2-tier licensed clubhouse with catering, changing, and shower facilities.
