About
Rotherham Harriers & AC: A Vibrant Community of Passionate Runners Established in 1887, Rotherham Harriers & AC is a thriving running club that welcomes runners of all abilities, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Based at the Herringthorpe Stadium in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, the club offers a supportive and inclusive environment where members can pursue their running goals, whether that s improving fitness, training for events, or simply enjoying the camaraderie of like-minded individuals. The club s training sessions cater to a range of abilities, with dedicated groups for those new to running as well as more experienced athletes. Runners can join the club for training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm, where they ll find encouragement, guidance, and the opportunity to push their limits alongside a friendly and welcoming community. With a rich history of producing successful athletes, including Olympic medalist Peter Elliott, Rotherham Harriers & AC is a club that celebrates the joy of running and the power of teamwork.
