This multi-terrain event caters to runners of all abilities, from a family-friendly 5K to a challenging marathon. Rapid Relays is a thrilling off-road running event in the scenic West Midlands region. Participants can enter solo, in pairs, or as a team of 3-4, and have 4 hours to complete as many 4km laps as possible on the gently undulating woodland trail route. With a mix of challenging climbs and exhilarating descents, this event offers an engaging test of endurance for runners of all abilities.
