Salford Harriers & Athletic Club is one of the oldest running clubs in the UK, founded in 1884 and based in Moston, Greater Manchester. The club caters to runners of all levels, from absolute beginners to elite athletes. With 127 years of history and many successful members, including Olympic champions, Salford Harriers has a strong tradition of competitive and social running. The club offers a variety of training sessions, including track work, cross-country, and marathon preparation, to support runners of all abilities.
