Silson AC

Silson Athletics Club (Silson AC) is a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive running club based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire. Founded in 1976 by local Silverstone GP Dr. Frank Newton, the club aims to promote health and running enjoyment among adults in the local community. Silson AC offers opportunities for runners of all abilities, from beginner parkrunners to those seeking competitive events, providing coaching, training, and social activities. The club organizes the annual Silverstone Grand Prix 10K race and volunteers at local events, also supporting good causes in the area.
