Southampton RC

Southampton RC is the principal road running club in the Southampton area, with around 250 members catering for all ages and abilities. The club provides twice-weekly training sessions led by qualified coaches, and competes in local races as well as national events. In the winter, the club participates in a cross-country league. Southampton RC also has an active social calendar, including organized holidays abroad.
