Established in 1978, the St. Edmunds Pacers is a vibrant running club that welcomes runners of all abilities in the historic town of Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. Whether you re a seasoned marathoner or just starting out, our club fosters a friendly, supportive environment where you can push your limits, make new friends, and enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside. We meet regularly at the West Suffolk Athletics Track, with group runs taking place on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm and Sunday mornings at 9 am. Our experienced coaches organise sessions to suit a range of paces, from gentle jogs to speed work, ensuring everyone can find their perfect training group. Beyond our weekly training, the Pacers also come together for regular social events, from post-run coffee catch-ups to annual awards dinners.
