Stowmarket Striders RC

Stowmarket Striders RC is a road running club with over 300 members of all ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced athletes. The club meets twice a week for social and friendly training sessions supervised by UK Athletics qualified coaches, who ensure the training suits each member's ability and help them achieve their goals.
