Tone Zone Runners

The Bognor Regis Tone Zone Runners are a friendly group of over 200 runners of all abilities based in Felpham, Bognor Regis. The club offers training runs on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, catering to a range of paces and distances, including coach-led speed and interval sessions as well as group runs. The club is supported by the Arun Leisure Centre and is affiliated with UK Athletics, providing benefits such as liability insurance, race discounts, and the opportunity to enter ballots for major marathons.
