The club caters for athletes of all ages and abilities, from 7 to 90 years old, with a focus on track and field, cross country, and road running events. With nearly 200 active members, Watford Harriers competes in various leagues including the Chiltern Cross Country League, Southern Athletics League, and Eastern Young Athletes League. The club organizes its own promotions such as the Watford Half Marathon, Junior Challenge, and Open Graded Meetings throughout the year.

Rasselbock Marathon & Half Marathon The Rasselbock Marathon & Half Marathon on 12 July 2026 is based in Sherwood Pines Forest in Nottinghamshire. As well as the full marathon and half marathon distance, there is also a βminiβ 8.5km trail run. The half marathon course is a beautiful 13.1-mile loop around the Sherwood Pines forest. Full marathon runners will complete the loop twice. The 8.5km is on the same route but cuts out the whole south side of the forest by taking a diversion just after 3km mark.
