Rasselbock Marathon & Half Marathon The Rasselbock Marathon & Half Marathon on 12 July 2026 is based in Sherwood Pines Forest in Nottinghamshire. As well as the full marathon and half marathon distance, there is also a βminiβ 8.5km trail run. The half marathon course is a beautiful 13.1-mile loop around the Sherwood Pines forest. Full marathon runners will complete the loop twice. The 8.5km is on the same route but cuts out the whole south side of the forest by taking a diversion just after 3km mark.
