Dudley Ladies RC is the largest ladies-only running club in the West Midlands region, with around 200 members at its peak in the summer. The club caters to runners of all abilities, from absolute beginners to seasoned marathon runners. Beginners courses are run every April, and the club has a welcoming, non-elitist atmosphere where members don t have to fit a certain mold to join.

Rapid Relays is a thrilling off-road running event in the scenic West Midlands region. Participants can enter solo, in pairs, or as a team of 3-4, and have 4 hours to complete as many 4km laps as possible on the gently undulating woodland trail route. With a mix of challenging climbs and exhilarating descents, this event offers an engaging test of endurance for runners of all abilities.
