Dudley Ladies RC

Dudley Ladies RC is the largest ladies-only running club in the West Midlands region, with around 200 members at its peak in the summer. The club caters to runners of all abilities, from absolute beginners to seasoned marathon runners. Beginners' courses are run every April, and the club has a welcoming, non-elitist atmosphere where members don't have to fit a certain mold to join.
