Worcester
We are an informal and social running group and cater for all abilities and ages (18+) We meet every Monday night at 19:00 outside Perdiswell Leisure Centre and have several groups from a beginners jog walk group right up to a group that cover about 8 miles at 7 minute mile pace. We also have a marathon training group which meets every Sunday - perfect for building up to a marathon.

Established in 2003 and affiliated with England Athletics, Malvern Joggers is a friendly running club based in Worcestershire that caters to runners of all levels, from complete beginners to those training for ultra-marathons. The club meets on Wednesday evenings at The Swan at Hanley Swan, with additional activities throughout the week including technical sessions, hill work, strength and conditioning, Friday social runs, and Sunday long runs. They offer structured progression plans from Couch to 5K through to full marathon training, with mentors supporting new runners, and organise an annual 10K and 5K trail race around the Malvern Hills foothills. Based in Coventry, Northbrook AC welcomes new members to join their training sessions, with a "try before you buy" option available for those considering membership. The club hosts various competitions throughout the year, including the GBU relay race, Handicap competition, Equilibrium Cup, and Parkrun Grand Prix, whilst also tracking member achievements through race results and monthly recognition. Membership of the Jaguar Sports & Social Club is required to access facilities including the car park.
Tamworth
Founded in 1991, Peel Road Runners has been operating in Tamworth for over 30 years and caters for runners of all levels, from social runners to ultra runners, as well as a walking group. The club meets every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:45pm at the Skate Park, Castle Grounds, Tamworth, with social runs covering approximately 6 miles and a separate walking group covering shorter distances. Annual membership costs £37 (or £60 for new members including a club vest), with affiliation to England Athletics included, and there are no additional charges for attending club runs once subscribed. New members are encouraged to attend at least four club runs before committing to membership.
Worcester
Founded by Tom Adams and Matt Tally, Rave Run Club Worcester combines running with clubbing culture, featuring 5km runs around the city centre with glow sticks, neon clothing and party music. The club meets every other Saturday at 6pm, with runs departing from the Edward Elgar Statue, and welcomes runners of all ages and fitness levels without the pressure of traditional run clubs. Based in Allesley Village, Revive Run Club offers free weekly coached 5K runs on Wednesdays at 12:30pm and Thursdays at 7pm, meeting outside Revive Wellness Club on Birmingham Road. Sphinx AC is Coventry's friendly running and athletics club, established in 1984. The club supports local running events and focuses on healthy competition and serious fun, accommodating runners of all abilities and ages. They have a vibrant junior section for ages 8-17 and cater for various running disciplines including road, cross-country, off-road, and ultra running.
Stafford
With roots tracing back to 1893, Stafford Harriers currently has around 220 members across junior and senior groups offering sessions for all abilities. The club runs complete beginner programmes twice yearly (April and September), improvers groups, progression training, speed development sessions, and harder runs including cross-country on Cannock Chase in summer. New members can try sessions free for a couple of weeks before joining, with all groups using a mustering system and back markers to ensure no runner is left behind. The club also hosts three main races annually and helps organise local Park Run events.
Aldridge
Based in Aldridge, this running club meets for Tuesday runs at 7pm at the Stick & Wicket, with summer and winter routes available via their club app. Members can join regular steady runs or choose from two structured training groups: the Improvement Group (led by Lucy Baker, Tom Edwards and others) focused on interval training and 5k improvement, and the Race Training Group (led by Mike Morley and Daniel Day) for more experienced runners. Thursday 4-mile social runs also depart at 6.30pm, with a faster group starting from the Whitehouse pub corner.

With approximately 120 members aged 18 to 70+, Stourbridge Running Club meets every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm with multiple pace groups ranging from 7 to 12+ minutes per mile.
