Beachy Head Marathon, Ultra & 10K The Beachy Head Marathon on 25 October 2025 is one of the biggest off-road marathons in the UK and is famous for its gruelling course and beautiful scenery. Formerly known as the Seven Sisters Marathon, this is a challenging route through the South Downs National Park countryside starting and finishing on the Eastbourne seafront. As well as the marathon, there is also a 10km run on a route comprising of breathtaking views and challenges, taking a shorter looping route across the Downs to Belle Tout Lighthouse and back. The Beachy Head Ultra incorporates both the full Beachy Head Marathon course, followed by the Beachy Head 10km course. The is held on the following day. 10K Marathon 52K / 32.4 mile Ultra
