The Cordwell Colossus The Cordwell Colossus on 9 August 2025 is a summer trail run in North Derbyshire, on the edge of the Peak District. The course is a challenging 20 mile loop on the beautiful trails, paths and woodlands of the Cordwell Valley with a little jink over into the neighbouring Linacre Valley for good measure. This event is open to runners and fast walkers who can make the 6-hour cut-off time. The route will be marked on the less obvious sections and a downloadable map, GPX files, and route notes will be available. Basic navigation skills are recommended. Self-Navigation 20 miles
